The machine processes up to 60 blisters a minute by magazine feeding. The stainless steel workstation (500 x 1000 mm) consists of an integrated switchgear cabinet, a product drawer and a separate blister waste container - satisfying GMP requirements and GS safety regulations.
This super space-saving machine covers only 550 x 500 mm and may be set up next to any blister line - and is also a lot more economically priced.
The RBP D2500 was designed for laboratories and clinical pharmacies where smaller quantities have to be emptied. This semi-automatic machine allows blister feeding by hand and can deblister up to 40 packs a minute.
The CP40 is the first deblistering machine which can be universally used, primarily for peelable blisters (non-push-through), but also for common push-through blister packs.
